What should I do on back day?

3 sets of machine pull downs 8 to 12 reps to failure

3 sets of back rows 8 to 12 reps to failure

3 sets of single arm dumbbell rows 8 to 12 reps to failure

3 sets of machine isolateral low rows 8 to 12 reps to failure

3 sets of hammer curls 8 to 12 reps to failure

3 sets of back flies 8 to 12 reps to failure

3 sets of reverse cable flies 8 to 12 reps to failure

3 sets of machine assisted wide grip pull ups 8 to 12 reps to failure

3 sets of standard dumbbell bicep curls, 8 to 12 reps to failure (remember to use the same weight for each arm)

3 sets of barbell curls

3 sets of deadlifts, 3 reps

20 mins cardio 5.5 incline, 5.5 speed (km)
