I have been training for nearly a year now and have finally really started to see some good gains! One problem is that I do not have a full ROM on one arm. After breaking one of my elbows three times, i have scar tissue that is very difficult to get rid of via operation. (due to nerves in the area and stuff) My elbow locks at about 90 degrees so you can imagine how much less movement i am getting.(Cant touch my shoulder.) Is there an alternative to building bigger biceps with the movement stopping at 90 degree I.E. More reps, More weight? Please give me some tips.
